Woe

Woe has been upgraded to Woe Deluxe!

Terror and plague reign in the great kingdoms of the East. You are a ruler of one of the great City-States and you must war against the other kings to secure resources and ensure the survival of your kingdom.

Woe is a drafting card game for 2-5 players where your goal is to gather resources and deprive your opponents in order to become the strongest kingdom. The first player to accumulate 5 of two of the resource types wins.

UPDATE: 07/04/2016

Updated the resources to use non-printed parts and updated the art to reflect the resource change. This change reduces the cost of Woe by about $2.

UPDATE: 06/20/16

Resources are medium circle chits because of some gamecrafter compenent changes. Cards have linen finish and all components have UV finish.

UPDATE 01/10/2016

We've updated the resource components from the Small Circle Shards to the Large Circle Chits and reduced the number of available resources. Players can now only claim resources if they are available.

UPDATE

Based on review feedback, we've upped the number of cards to 50. We added 1 additional Woe card and 2 additional Warrior cards. This change primarily was to address an issue with 5 players having to shuffle the deck each round of play. This allows a 5 player game to run 2 hands without having to reshuffle.

This change makes runs on Woe/Warrior cards slightly easier and makes Pairs of Priests and Three-of-Kind Builders/Laborers more valuable.
