Description

In the Work. Shouldn’t. Suck. game you’ll craft a Creative Case Study to unpack and understand the components that make an organizational culture thrive. You’ll use creativity, strategy, and tactics independently or as a group to examine the choices of a fictional organization.

Reading case studies of how other teams have approached similar challenges can help us understand our own teams better. You will be building a fictional organization to use in a Creative Case Study.

In the alternate gameplay options, you will examine the culture of your current organization, imagine the future you want to create, and plan out how you’ll get there. This route takes the ideas from the Creative Case Study and allows you to apply them today.
