Anxiety is HARD! We know that when you are in the steel grips of anxiety, it’s really hard to think of specific things that you can do to help alleviate that feeling. But don’t worry: We’ve got you covered!
Use these cards anytime you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed. Reach in and grab a card. Before doing the activity, rate the intensity of your feeling on a scale of 1 to 10. Complete the activity on the card. Once you are finished, rate the intensity of your feeling again using the scale of 1-10. Continue repeating this process, choosing a different card each time, until the intensity of your feeling is at a 3 or below.
