One bright morning in early spring, the citizens of Lyros awoke to find their country suddenly changed. A dense and ancient-looking forest now stood at the center of the kingdom where the Royal City had been! The Crown, the court, and the capital were simply gone, swallowed up by the dark forest...
So begins our tale.
The Cursed Kingdom is a complete tabletop roleplaying game. Players create heroes, roll dice, battle monsters, claim treasures, and tell stories of adventure set in a unique and vividly described fantasy world.
Where The Cursed Kingdom differs from other tabletop RPGs is in its use of cards. Characters’ powers, equipment, damage, and status conditions are all represented using decks of cards. You don’t need to count hit points, keep track of cooldowns, or search through the rulebook for spell effects. The Cursed Kingdom’s card-based gameplay handles most of the record keeping automatically and keeps all of your vital information right in front of you.
