Young wizards, you see before you a variety of creatures. While these creatures may seem mundane, they are not in their true forms. For your final transformations exam, you must return them to their natural states. And now, begin!
In this competitive game of card placement and area majority, work with rivals to finish sequences of transformations. When a creature is returned to its original form, you receive points according to your contributions. Win by earning the most points through these magical transformative endeavors.
Setup: Three start cards are placed in the central play area. Four transformation cards and three cylinders are placed on the countdown card. Players each receive 1 score card, 2 transformation cards, and 15 cubes.
Trade: Trade your 2 cards for 2 face-up cards.
Draw and Place: Draw 1 card. Add 1 card to either side of any transformation sequence. The cards' side icons must match. Then place a cube on the card.
When placing an icon that matches an icon already in the middle of a sequence, score the cards between the matching icons. Leave any other cards to start a new sequence.
End game: When the transformation deck is exhausted, reshuffle it. After this, remove a cylinder from the countdown card every time a sequence is completed. The game ends as soon as the last cylinder is removed. The player with the most points wins!
